Paris Grand Soir Eau de Parfum

This was my intro to MFK after smelling it from an acquaintance and thank goodness I asked for the name, otherwise I would've missed out on such beautiful fragrances. As a disclaimer, this fragrance is not for the faint of heart. I have always loved warm scents such as honey, frankincense, myrrh etc so, this is up my alley. With that being said, it is a beast with just one spray and the drydown, so smooth and oh, my goodness...takes me to heaven. I've worn this in the summer nights and mixed with sweat, the honey/cumin is a bit much...animalic. I think it'll perfect for fall/winter nights, can't wait to wear til then. I have a full bottle and travel spray that will last me two lifetimes

This fragrance is for those who love sweet sultry scents, but you must understand how to work with this high-end fragrance. I originally purchased the smaller bottle as a get-to-know-you but after living with this fragrance for 2 weeks, I am obsessed. Compliments abound when I wear this fragrance. The trick to this fragrance is well-moisturzed skin as it needs (just as other fragrances do, an oil base to which to cling. Apply a non-scented oil, 2 sprays to the bend of your arm and 1 to each wrist, and and voila magic. This fragrance blooms during the day, even more so when your body warms up, throughout the day to after-work yoga/pilates, and back home. The nozzle on the bottle atomizes the fragrance so you are really not using much fragrance. The longer you wear this fragrance, the better it gets. Don't be fooled by the first sprays because as this fragrance dries down the notes mix with your chemistry, bonds then blooms!

5 stars for the quality of this juice. I didn't ultimately keep this because I can't see myself identifying personally with the scent. This is some long lasting and powerful stuff. It also changes as the hours tick by. Ultimately, this gave off a campfire and expensive brown booze vibe to me....romantic date by a fire....close encounters....handsome. I am a 30 year old married woman and mama...I am drawn to this kind of scent on a man. For myself, I look for something a little more sparkling, less dense. Overall, it's a gorgeous scent. If it wasn't an investment I would have kept it just for spraying my husbands clothes with it haha

This is a sexy fragrance for person with a sophisticated nose. It is robust and has staying power on my skin. The dry down is hypnotic. I smell my wrists throughout the day and it smells powerful, seductive and bold. I'm not into vanilla, but this vanilla enchants me. Furthermore, it is not for the faint of heart. I imagine a femme fatale wearing this to seduce her target that will ultimately be their demise. Lastly, it gives me unisex vibes, but not in an overtly masculine way. It is attractive to both sexes. But, I feel it is feminine.

I initially purchased this for my husband but fell in love with it. Initially I found it very heavy and thought I would wear it only on special occasions or in the cold. After enjoying Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille but longing for something sweeter, I sprayed GS. I receive nothing but compliments when I wear it. It is warm and ambery but after an hour or two there is this gorgeous sweetness. It's amazing. The sillage and longevity are EXCELLENT which makes the tag easier to accept, unlike many fragrances.
