Amyris femme Eau De Parfum

I actually didn’t like this scent at the first sniff/spray. But then I caught the scent after the dry down and was hooked! I’m normally not a floral fragrance fan but this is not your grandma’s floral. This is a sweet, slightly citrusy floral with just the right hint of powdery goodness to keep the floral from being overpowering or overwhelming. It smells delicious. That’s the description that comes to mind everytime I smell it. De-li-cious! It’s definitely a feminine scent but in the best way possible. On me, it leans less floral and woody and more sweet and powdery. But I can see this being universally appealing to anyone who likes a beautiful, feminine fragrance that doesn’t smell like grandma. If you like more unisex or masculine leaning fragrances, this may not be for you. But I’d give it a try anyway cause you may be pleasantly surprised like I was! For reference, my favorite MFK fragrances are 724, Gentle Fluidity Gold and Grand Soir. I lived in 724 this past spring and summer. But Amyris Femme has quickly rose to the top of my favorites. I would consider this a great year round fragrance suitable for day or night, office appropriate, and just a solid 10 in any situation.
