Soft. Perfect heel height. Thick heel so easy to walk in.
If i had to say a con it would be the wider calf .. i don’t have wide calves but if you do or don’t mind a wider calf area this would be perfect :)
Also I would only be able to wear these with tights bc it fits snug so wearing thick socks would be uncomfortable. I wear a 10. I bought a 10.
