Clever but not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tiny dowel doesn’t provide sufficient support for a medium to large roll of paper towels with a standard sized tube. The magnets are sturdy however.

good! strong magnet, recommend using with small-hole paper towels though
This one's really nice, but most paper towels' middle piece is wider than the wood stick. If you mount vertically, the roll is going to look tilted lol. I'm going to find a different towel brand to resolve this

Strong magnet, and the rubber
Strong magnet, and the rubber bands hold firm enough. A large paper towel i didn't think would fit- FITS! Looks nice and saves space. So, it works great and as described.
