first full nights rest in a very long time!

I've had insomnia for one 25 years and a friend recommended this to me for a full nights rest. I was reluctant because I feel like I've tried everything on the natural course (not a fan of unnecessary medications). Melatonin helps me fall asleep, but only for a few hours. This Magnesi-Om helped me fall asleep and STAY asleep for a full 8 hours at a time. I wake up feeling refreshed (not groggy!). That is the selling point for me (full nights rest and no fog brain in the morning) - BUT! Then I find out all the additional benefits to taking magnesium daily and I feel like I just hit the jackpot. I will definitely continue to use this as a nightly routine for better sleep AND BETTER HEALTH!

good supplement, not a sleep aid

This does not help me sleep and, in fact, has the opposite effect of keeping me awake hours later than usual. I take it in the morning now. Giving it 4 stars because I believe it’s a good supplement. I will likely repurchase this intermittently, but I’m going back to my cheaper magnesium glycinate supplement after I finish this jar.

Helped with sleep, but awful for digestive system

This product tastes great and did help me fall asleep more easily, but also caused me to need to run to the bathroom every morning so I had to stop using.
