Perfect...and timely!
One of the most interesting trends in fine men's shoes has been the advent of classic loafers with cushioned soles that are no longer limited to casual settings. That was my original objective (the picture demonstrates this was nicely achieved) but, upon receipt, I was also pleased to discover that the sole itself was designed to avoid the nuisance of picking up pebbles and acorns like lug soles do. The day after their debut our winter woes began and they were perfect for negotiating the ice even if I had to ready the boots when the snow started!

The most perfect dress/casual shoe ever made!
Magnanni nailed it! They created a casual dress shoe that can be worn for almost any occasion. I wouldn't wear it with a tux, but that's about the only limitation here. Suits, business casual, or jean--this loafer goes with anything. Fit and comfort are off the charts! Superior quality leather that gets softer with every wearing.
