Waist Detail Sleeveless Fit & Flare Dress

I ordered the wine shade in size 10. For ref 34 DD, 162lbs 5’3. I love the fit. The detail at the waist and hip gives the illusion of a flattering shape. No pockets which i miss. Only partially lined - at bodice and not at the skirt which is a disappointment but typical to how clothes are constructed now. I had no smell in the fabric. A little loose at the arms so plan to wear a long sleeve tissue tee top during colder months. I love the a line. Keeper. If this came in navy and had my size in black I would buy all three! The arm holes are too big and weirdly cut, so the dress lays a little awkwardly on the shoulders/arms. The material is polyester, and advertised as thus, but it's not a nice polyester. Definitely not as nice as the pictures make it seem. It feels somewhere between a thick bathing suit material and crepe. I am in desperate need of more work dresses, so I'll make it work, but I would be upset with the quality and fit if I paid more than $99.
