Great dress!
I bought this one (with a bunch of others) during a search for a Xmas photo dress. The online photo doesn't do it justice. I loved the neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. The scallop design is more shimmery in person and adds a nice pop of contrast to the navy background. Photos were beautiful. I'd wear this to a wedding, party or nice dinner out.
