Surprisingly this t-shirt works!

I'm a large girl (14-16) so I was surprised that this t-shirt worked, I bought in two colors. It is whisper thin but not see-through and it doesn't CLING. It hangs nicely and for me will be good for layering. The sleeves come up a lot higher than in the photos so it's more like cap sleeves. This isn't a flattering look on me but it still works since I'll be layering, or wearing around the house during summer. Wash on delicate and hang dry and you'll be OK. On the flip side, I also tried this t-shirt -Caslon® Relaxed Slub Knit U-Neck Tee- and it fit awful. Much more fitted (too tight) and very CLINGY, not good in my case.

Cheaply Made

I was so excited about this t-shirt when I saw all the colors at Nordstrom. Unfortunately about a month after purchasing the shirt in white, there is a hole near the pocket. A quality shirt should not do this. I had washed in delicates and hung dry it each time.

cute but flimsy

I love the shape and feel of these tanks and tees, however I have had 2 tanks and 1 tee to date. All 3 have ended up with holes in them after very few washes and wears. The hole in the tee in by the pocket and the tanks are on the shoulders. I wash according to instructions but have not had any luck after trying 3. So sad to have to give them away or possibly return.

Poor Quality

I have now bought 3 of these shirts all of which have gotten holes in them days after wearing them. The material is very thin and not right for someone who is constantly moving! I am a stay at home parent and am always picking up kids or toys...very active and any pull on these shirts seem to create holes right away. I am very disappointed.

Holes within hours

I’ve had several Madewell tees over the years and wanted to update my collection with newer ones. I wore it for the first time today and within hours the bottom of the shirt had four different holes in various spots. This was the white tee so I’m wondering if there is something defective with this particular color as others have had the same issue. Very disappointed! I’ll be returning this one and may give a different color a try. These are perfect for me as I’m a mom to three young children so I’m hopeful it will work out.
