Good but size up
I’m a medium in all madewell t shirts, a medium in this shirt ran small and tight for me. if you want a fitted look go with your size, if you want it a little baggier where it’s more comfortable ( not over sized). size up, they are 100% cotton and will shrink, I hang to dry and fluff in dryer with no heat. White is see through, fabric is soft and beautiful! Perfect item for summer. I’m 5’5, 36C, size 8, have a belly and it comes down to my hips with enough to tuck or untuck.

short and runs small
I was going to give it two stars is because it’s madewells classic black, but the cut and fit are awful with an awful bonus effect. It’s very short and runs small. Wanted for the oversized look and it was fitted. BONUS: they tagged the shirt on the inside side seam. The shirt is already thin and now you put a tag on the hip area. No no no.

White is see-through
I have this tank in the warm hickory color and love it - excellent fit, flattering cut - arm holes aren’t too big, scoop isn’t too low, etc. Ordered a 2nd one in white and unfortunately it’s see-through. Need to return.
