Love the ruffle
Perfect fall weather sweater. Fits well and weight is perfect for days that are beginning to feel a chill. The collar is very pretty without being bulky.

Madewell sweater is not made well.
The cute ties on the collar are not even the same length, so not so cute when worn untied. Plus the knit fabric is thin and cheap looking and while the sweater is a large, it and barely comes to my waist. I’m 5’9” but still... It’s definitely going back.

Madewell sweater is not made well.
The cute ties on the collar are not even the same length, so not so cute when worn untied. Plus the knit fabric is thin and cheap looking and while the sweater is a large, it and barely comes to my waist. I’m 5’9” but still... It’s definitely going back.

Pretty but awkward length
The sweater looks and fits as pictured but the fit is awkward on the waistline. I’m 5-4” 110 lbs for reference. As others mentioned, this sweater does fall a little shorter than desired. I don’t mind doing the front tuck but it seems to just fall at an awkward length even doing that. I did find the material a little scratchy as others mentioned but not bad enough to return. I love the neckline detail so I’ll be keeping it and will just have to be particular with what bottoms I pair it with.
