Great boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these boots. They’re perfect for cold rainy days! They keep my feet warm and dry. They’re very comfortable, too! I didn’t have a problem getting them off like others have mentioned, maybe because I wear long socks with them? Despite wearing them A LOT during rain, etc. they still look great!

Defective Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my experience Madewell’s shoes run a little small. I’m a true size 9, average width foot, so as usual I sized up to a 9.5. Sizing is what I expected and they’re comfy. Unfortunately the pull tab immediently snapped when I tried putting the boot on.
Wish I could return these, but they were final sale. I’ve never had a experience like this with Madewell, so just dissapointed and bummed I have to write this review.

Comfortable and stylish everyday boot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have become my new go-to everyday boot, because they are easy to slip on and aren't completely flat, so they feel a bit more dressed up. They've been very comfortable for walking around NYC and stylish with jeans and dresses and tights. Love!

Wow!

I would have bought these again in a second if they came in black suede! They are comfortable & go with almost everything.

perfect lug boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Black lug books fit exactly to size. The heel height is not too high so it's very comfortable but still provides the edgy look I was looking for. I like the higher shaft of the boot, some boots have a low shaft but this boot's higher shaft does not get caught up with the opening of my jeans. Great value since it was on sale when I purchased!

Seems sturdy but started to fall apart
Ive only had my boots since Late December- I only wear them once a week and the seams have started to come apart around the ankle/calf. I do not have wide calfs either.
Pretty disappointed as I really loved the boot and its comfortable - but for the price I paid. They are not lasting as they should.

Love this boot....but

I've been searching for the perfect Chelsea boots for awhile and these fit all the criteria, however after only having them for a couple months the elastic is already ripping away from the leather. I'm so disappointed because these boots are so cute and comfy. I just ordered another pair because I love them so much. I'm hoping the quality was just a one off.
