Not Madewell
I love this bag. Absolutely love it. However, I return the original one I purchased in September exactly 1 month later due to the outer pocket coming apart at the top seems. Only to have my newer one do the exact same thing right at a month in.

Cute but zipper
This bag is cute, but the zipper is hard to use. It should be sewn onto the side so when you pull it you do not have to hold it. After using it for a few days it got annoying and I just left it open which isn't ideal. If that was fixed this would be the perfect little bag.

love it, but wish it had inside pocket
Just got this bag and absolutely love it! The outside pocket is great and has more space than I expected but there are no pockets inside. If it had a pocket inside, I would be giving it 5 stars!

cute and affordable
This cross-body bag is super comfortable to wear. It is all leather and has a side pocket where you could store your phone and a couple of other things. It is a pretty good side-side bag.
