quality shoe and equal quality customer service
I had my eye on these boots on the madewell website and they went on sale. I went into Nordstrom and they price matched the Madewell sale price for me. Very comfy boots right out of the box. I’ve been looking for black leather with a wooden heal for a while. Sized up .5 as always in boots. I would definitely recommend these!

This is the STIFFEST ankle boot !
This is the STIFFEST ankle boot ! It actually hurt to walk and I was scared that the "leather" was going to crack.
Needless to say. these went back.

High quality
Great quality. I love the look and the zipper. Unfortunately, the toe area is too narrow for my wide feet. Yet, the heel area is too roomy. I am normally an 8 in boots. I needed a 7.5 wide in these (but they didn’t offer a wide size)

Disappointing Style Results
Not one to use others reviews too much I decided to purchase the boots. I had to return. Too tight around the ankles & leather is way too hard.
