it was a pass
These were not as described. They were not cropped - I am 5’7” and they came to right below my ankle. I also wouldn’t call them wide leg - they fit like a straight leg. They also were big on me, but I don’t regularly wear Madewell jeans so perhaps my sizing is just different in this brand. These were a return because they weren’t what I was expecting, but if you know what you are getting, they may work for you!

Another great pair from Madewell
I have a few pair of Madewell jeans and these were another great fit. I love the light color but did not love the slight texture of the denim. I also already have a pair similar in cut and length so returned these but were tempted to keep as again, comfy perfect fit
