Perfect size
I was on the hunt for a small everyday bag. When this bag arrived I was surprised to find it’s a bit larger than I expected. I can fit my wallet, phone, lip balm, gloss, ear buds, sunglasses case, and have room to spare.
Love the multiple straps option, with both being adjustable. I’m tall so crossbody bags can often be too short on me—not this one. Adjustable for any height. I also like to shorten the white strap and use it as a shoulder bag.
Quality is good and leather is beautiful as always with Madewell. There’s one outside pocket, good for a phone. The inside slip pocket fits ample amount of items as well. Only complaint is I wish the inside had a zippered slip pocket as well.

cute but only came with one strap
bummed. one of the reasons i bought this bag was because it had two straps. will probably return.

beautiful but only one strap
I bought this bag after reading all the wonderful reviews. It is a beautiful bag.. but everyone’s reviews said it came with two straps. Mine only came with one… hmmm. Can anyone help me find out why?

Fits iPhone 8s,wallet, and keys
Looks so cute across body just under arm or regular crossbody
Love that I can make it sporty or fancier with the straps and how I carry it
Madewell nailed this one
I tried on the bigger one but felt like for that size I might as well carry the small crossbody tote
