The Curvy Perfect Vintage Wide Leg Crop Jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one pair of these jeans in light wash last spring and proceeded to buy them again in dark wash, white, and a medium wash in the twelve months since because these are my favorite jeans of all time. They’re slimming without crushing you inside them, the wide leg is cute but not so wide that you’re drowning in fabric, they do all kinds of beautiful things to your waist and butt. The lighter colors break in a bit more than the dark, but all four have held their shape pretty well. Will probably buy again in more colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these on sale so now I can’t return them and that’s on me, but I’m furious about the lack of quality control at Madewell now. I have another curvy pair of supposedly “comfort stretch” in a SIZE SMALLER than I bought these, and I cannot even get these over my thighs. They have NO stretch and saying they do is false advertising. I still wear the other pair, and have washed them so they shrink back to size, and I can still get them fully on. I wish I could comment on the curvy fit of these because I always have gapping at the waist since I have to get jeans that go over my thighs, but apparently these won’t go over my thighs now either.
