Stripe Poplin Button-Up Shirt

This is a very nice shirt but I would not purchase any shirt again as a gift. The shirt came balled up, no sign of folding, horribly wrinkled in a plastic bag. This is a size large cotton shirt and it came in a 10 inch by 12 inch plastic envelope.

This shirt is so soft and well made.. great dressed up or down.

Quality and print are nice but be warned, this shirt is not "regular" sized as written in the description. As the other reviews state, it is oversized. I'm 6'2, 190lb and the size L is bigger and baggier (but not longer) than any shirt I have by a long shot. I was hoping it would fit more like what is shown in the model picture (which looks like a regular fit) but for that I would have needed a medium. Generally I don't fit in any medium sized clothing of any brand but for this shirt it probably would have been the right call. Unfortunately I bought this online as a final sale item.

I enjoy the relaxed fit that most madewell button down shirts tend to have (wider shoulder seams are especially great for those with relatively broad shoulders); Not a deal breaker for me but worth noting the fit on this one is a bit more oversized by comparison.

I originally bought this in a medium, I usually wear a medium/large in these types of shirts. This one fit really big on me in medium, not sure if the item was mislabeled or these just run large but I had to exchange and size down to a small. Otherwise, item is really nice and good quality and now with a small it fits fantastic.
