If Only.....
Wanted to love it, but skirt was just way too flimsy, and sheer...even the liner was sheer, so a slip is definitely needed. Lots of loose threads. quality not what it should have been. Color as depicted. Waist band kind of flimsy, as well. Just not what I was hoping for. Not sure I would give it another go at half price (the plus size skirts are still at full prince. size DOWN!
