Comfortable

Old lady vibes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought these shoes were like last season chunky soled slided. These are not that and look closer to a sensible shoe my grandmother would wear. Also, the leather looks really cheap a huge step down in the shoe department for Madewell.

Underwhelming Leather
I’m not sure Madewell is the brand for me and this shoe is the confirmation. I’ve purchased and ultimately returned Madewell leather products before because the leather quality was poor and way too similar to faux leather. The shoes, while cute aligned with previous experiences. Style is top tier but leather quality mediocre. Also the shoe arrived in a generic box with a completely different size which is a problem for me as I keep my original boxes for storage and identification. These have been returned.

50% of the time I find size 6 and shoes are actually too big for me but these fit perfect size wise. The rubber shaft and rubber bottoms was such that walking around in my living room sounded like the SNL skit with Britney Spears and Jimmy Fallon at the leather store so I am not keeping these.

Great everyday sandals
