Knotted Tote Bag

This bag caught my eye in the store. The teal blue color is gorgeous and unusual. The knots add that little something to really elevate Madewell’s usual minimal aesthetic. I usually carry a large handbag, but this one offers space without looking like my usual giant bag (this holds my large wallet, zippered 6”x8” pouch, and sunglasses case with room to spare). The front pockets have just enough room for my iPhone max in one pocket and keys in the other. I like the magnetic closure at the top because it’s easy to get into but also secure enough to keep anything loose from falling out. My only wish is that there was a zippered interior pouch, but I’ll sacrifice that for the gorgeousness that is this bag.

Bought this in black as a Christmas present for myself. It is just like the picture and description. I feel like I need to pull back my spending and was going to return it but like it so much that I'll probably keep it. It is lightweight. The only thing I didn't like was the exterior pockets. They are too narrow and hard to access.
