Perfect for the office
I bought this in store even though it was sold out in my wishlist. Glad I did because the Small fits perfectly and I would have been swimming in the Large. This is super soft and I love the feel. I don’t like super heavy cardigans so I think this is the perfect weight.

So Disappointed
This was one of my must haves. When I took it off after trying it on I noticed that there were three "holes" starting to form in the back. They look like vertical slits. I thought maybe I was imagining it, so I called my son over and asked if he noticed anything. I held it up toward the light and with no prompting he quickly pointed out the slits as well. The lack of quality control was disappointing.

Runs very large, size down at least one size
Should have paid closer attention to the reviews about sizing. Runs super large. Its a very cute piece (I ordered it it two colors). Four stars for the poor sizing and scratchiness . That might not have been a deal breaker for most people as it would probably be worn over something, but I wanted to be able to wear it over sleeveless or cami type shirts sometimes. Returned.

Not soft
This sweater looks adorable on the model, but in person, it's not that great. It's really oversized, not just slouchy. The shoulders also drop down farther than I'd like. It's also not as soft as I thought based on influencer videos. I will be returning unfortunately. Too bad, I love the colors!

super cute but pills
I buy the Madewell Kent sweater every Anniversary sale, and I love this year’s neutral color combo. Minus one star for the pilling. I wash on delicate inside out and hang dry, but this sweater pills and later sheds A LOT. I do like the versatility of this, and wear this year round. I typically wear size 4/small, but I size down two sizes to XXS for this sweater since I’m petite at 5’3.

There are patches of extremely thin SEE THRU areas
Although I love this cardigans look, the back of it has some extremely thin areas, so thin you can see through it. it won't last more than 1 wear before it has holes. I'm disappointed that Nordstrom allow such a poor quality item. I will be returning it.

color was great not much else
Wide, oversized, short arms though. Odd size altogether. I have this in last year’s iteration-same size (M), and this one is a total miss for me. For 60+ dollars I returned it and found something I love instead. Don’t know what happened here but it was a no. Too bad bc the colorway is amazing.
