Quality boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my favorite pair of boots when the insides started cracking and I was told I couldn't repair them. So I bought these because they are similar in style. I love them. The heel is low enough to be comfortable but the toe and height are flattering and elongating for someone who is 5'4". They come up under my knee. The shaft height is perfect here - I can't wear many boots because the shaft comes up too high. I got my normal boot size.

Heelcap broke off
The heelcap chipped the second time I wore them and has since completely disintegrated. There is now a metal screw exposed on the heel which causes me to slip when I try to wear them. I'm really disappointed in the quality of these and would not recommend them, especially given the pricepoint.

Super cute but not long lasting
I received these as a gift for Christmas last year (so less than a year ago) and have only worn them seasonally. I’ve probably worn them about 20 times and the heels are completely destroyed. The rubber bottom of the heel has entirely worn off and the metal inter workings of the heel are exposed. The boots are super cute and I love them but am disappointed I have to take them to a cobbler already to hopefully fix the heels. Not durable at all.

Fell apart after a few wears
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these boots for under a year and only recently started wearing them more and the heel caps came off quite suddenly and the metal heel is exposed to the point where I can no longer wear them. Not to mention they weren’t very comfortable but did look good the first few times. Extremely disappointed in the quality given Madewell products usually hold up well.
