meh
This made me look like I worked in an old school ice cream shop. All i needed was the little hat. I think it has to do with the wierd sheen of the fabric and the shapelessness. I like an oversized look, but this was just awkward.

All The Compliments
As per everyone - size down, size down! I usually wear a large, but got a medium and it's still a little big (in a good way). That being said, it's such a cute and unique top. The button details on the back are extra cute. I wear it with my fav denim, a beige bucket purse and tortious shell hoop earrings. All the compliments at brunch.

Great for summer and fall
This shirt runs a little wide. It is definitely an over sized shirt but it is comfortably oversized.
It is to short to tuck it in in front. Love the buttons in the back of the shirt.
Madewell tends to run large on me. I usually order a small but I ordered the medium and I am glad I did.

The material looked silkier in the photos. but it’s a very stiff cotton. very boxy and doesn’t have a good fall to it.

Just tuck it
I was waiting for this shirt to go on sale and was happy to find it in my size when it did hit the sale. I love this shirt as a way to dress up a pair of denim. The button detail on the back makes the whole shirt. I bought my usual size, but probably could have sized down. My only complaint is that the shirt tends to slip in the back and rise up in the front so I’m often tugging at the front hem and readjusting the collar at my neck. Not the biggest deal and can be fixed with a simple French tuck.
