The jeans are sustainably dyed with shrimp shells, using 65% less chemicals and 75% less water than conventional material. They're made at the Fair-Trade Certified™ Saitex factory, which recycles 98% of its water and uses renewable energy. Plus, for each pair manufactured, Madewell contributes to a Community Development Fund managed by the workers.
