What it is: A soothing, nonsticky gel cream with centella, trehalose and ceramide NP that moisturizes the skin and helps repair the skin barrier.
What it does: This powerful gel cream offers soothing care to quickly calm sensitive skin and strengthen the skin barrier. It's formulated with the closest pH level to healthy skin to help balance damaged skin. It contains three essential components to firm skin: ceramide, cholesterol and fatty acids, along with highly purified Centella asiatica from Madagascar. The honey-like texture absorbs quickly into the skin without stickiness, leaving it smooth and moisturized.
How to use: As the last step of your skincare routine, apply an appropriate amount on face and pat gently with both palms for absorption.

Peppermint Extract Opposite of Soothing
Peppermint extract might FEEL soothing because it tingles - but it actually is irritating, drying, a vasodilator that will inflame the skin and trigger rosacea if you have it, and overall just damage your skin barrier. Calling it a soothing cream??!! Can I introduce you to my Weight Loss snack called chocolate fudge ice cream?

Love it!
I love that this is very lightweight & not heavy at all. I find it to be really moisturizing & not oily like others. I have oily skin & this works great for me. Plus the very minimal smell is great too!

Lightweight all around!
I love the packaging of this Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Capsule Cream by SKIN1004. The clean lines makes it feel more expensive. The lotion itself is lightweight. It absorbed quickly. I do wish it was more moisturizing because it's chilly outside now. The scent is barely there, which is a good thing.
I have been using this face cream for over a week now, and I'm gonna happily keep using it because I like the ingredients. I haven't noticed any drastic changes in my complexion. I know my skin loves a thicker moisturizer in the winter, so I may need a backup.
One thing that did seemed odd was, that the container looks like its missing a good amount to it. I did receive this product for free for my honest review, so it's not a big deal.

I am in total love with this cream. I use it daily and I can see the results. My skin appears smooth and glowy. It is moisturized and dewy. This product helps prep my skin for makeup application. Recommend!
