What it is: A limited-edition color-free primer that creates a fresh, petal-soft canvas for your lip color.
What it does: Prep + Prime Lip adds light moisture to skin while smoothing and refining your lips and improving the appearance of products that follow. It helps immediately reduce lipstick feathering, too.
How to use: Apply a thin coat over your entire lip area, including over your lip edges. Follow with a lip color. If desired, line your lips.
