What it does: This mistake-proof, tapered-tip pen creates an even line that can go from thin to thick in one sweep. For the finest line use the brush tip, but for a bolder one use the flat side of the brush. Smudge-proof and budge-resistant, the liner delivers intense color that wears all day long yet removes easily with just warm water.
