Veluxe Brow Liner is the artist's pencil of perfection. Its highly pigmented formula gives immediate, precise application, while its rich powdery texture gives a matte and velvety payoff. It features a high degree of temperature stability, making it ideal for warmer climates. It comes with a spoolie at one end to give you a perfectly groomed, finished look. Its long-wearing formula is sweat- and humidity-resistant.

How to use: Apply to the brows directly to precisely fill in, define and add color. Use the spoolie before and/or after to comb through your brows for a finished look.
