It blends on application and dries quickly to a long-wearing, no-smudge finish. The versatile liner easily lines the top and lower lashlines of eyes. The long-wearing formula (up to 8 hours) is transfer-resistant, smudge-resistant, sweat- and humidity-resistant and waterproof.

How to use: Draw in desired shape along the lashlines/waterlines.
