Studio Sculpt Defining Powder is a long-wearing, gel-infused powder that glides onto your skin and blends effortlessly for a flawless look. It's created using slurry technology, in which the formula starts out as a liquid-gel and dries to its powder form to give it a unique, creamy feel. Featuring sheer, buildable coverage, it can be worn on its own, over moisturizer or used to set and stabilize makeup.

How to use: Apply to your face using a brush as desired.

Wonderful powder

It is gel to powder and kind of feels stiff. You will need a brush that's shorter and denser to pick up more product. This kind of texture makes it look invisible on skin and very lightweight. There is no regular "powder" feel to this. You really need to try it yourself to see what I am talking about. I have never had a product like this one. I love how it evens everything out but it doesn't ever cake up nor it accentuates dry spots. Wears really good too. This is a good choice for normal and dry skin and if you want a powder that will even you out without adding that extra layer of makeup on your skin. I fell in love with this as soon as I swatched it at Bloomies. Finish is what got me right away. It is illuminating, but very soft without any large shimmer. It is your Meteorites perles in a pressed version (and much cheaper). I also adore Careblend which is great for dry skin because it is soft and "creamy" but Careblend almost has matte/satin finish to it. And feels havier on skin while adding some extra coverage when worn over liquid foundation. Studio sculpt feels much lighter on skin and it has soft glowy finish. I am so glad MAC came out with this powder. These two will be my staples from now on. I am MAC NC15/20 and I picked shade Light plus. It is exactly the same as Light plus in Careblend and Light plus in mineralize skinfinish natural

Cant tell what it does

I've used this for several months and have used it to set my studio finish foundation. I can't tell what it does, I apply it and don't see or feel a difference so I can't say if it lasts 10 hours or 10 min. I have used several different brushes from flat to fluffy and still nothing. The product has built up a shiny surface that I have scratched off but it builds up again. I have tried to like it but sadly not.

Amazing

This powder is unlike any other powder it glides on with a skin like texture. So amazing must give it a try if you haven't yet!!

Good coverage without looking cakey

Really liking this product. I do feel that it is similar to other mac powders but the coverage may be better and it doesn't look dry or cakey. Smooths out my complexion, blends pores, covers blemishes. I also have sensitive skin and it doesn't break me out.

This is my 2nd time buying this powder and I love it. I love using it to set my foundation.

control afternoon shine

Another reviewer mentioned using this to set their match master foundation. I purchased this for the same reason. I love the sheer coverage. It controls afternoon shine. Great for touch ups without over building your makeup coverage. I need to learn more about this and use it to the fullest. But for simple setting and touch ups. It's been great.
