MAC Studio Moisture Cream
The reason I have switched to MAC is due to their no testing their cosmetics on animals.
The fact is, this line supports my stand as far as animal testing. Just as important is the fact the moisturizer is wonderful. It's rich, and does the job.

Gave me spots
Used this product when I first bought it but it gave me spots. Stopped using it and tried it again 6 months later, still gave me spots

great product but don't buy this version!
This is an outstanding no frills effective moisturizer. Non-offensive fragrance, does what it should. This isn't preventative, anti-aging or targeted skin care except that it crucially moisturizes skin. Probably a medium moisturizer (not too lightweight but definitely not greasy and occlusive). It's like the favorite sweatshirt of skincare.
My rating is due to the price per size compared to MAC's mini offering. When MAC came out with the MINI travel line (small 1oz. size versions of their best sellers) it left me scratching my head; some were cost prohibitive compared to their full sized version (Green Cleanser Gel $10/1 oz vs. $22 for 5!) while others like this Studio Moisture Cream were a no-brainer: This is 1.7 oz and sells for $33- their travel mini is $10 for 1oz ! You could save $3 , buy 3 and make out with 1.3oz extra AND have fresh tube containers instead of jar packaging that will oxidize any active ingredients…and be more travel friendly of course! So again , this rating is for the format and price. Spend the $30 , have 3 minis and keep one in your purse, home and gym/travel bag (and have no trouble with airport security!).

My favorite moisturizer
This is another MAC product I can't live without. My skin is dry, especially on my cheeks, and this moisturizer makes my skin feel very smooth and soft. I use it right after I wash my face. It does not break me out or make my skin feel greasy.

Surprising Wonderful,Moisturizing,Great Smelling
I have used several creams on my face in past years. Of the higher end creams, I have used Lancome, Clinique, Origins, and Kiehls. I have normal to dry skin and just loved this cream. It has a great, clean, fresh scent and it is so moisturizing. My skin just drinks it, but it remind, moist and dewy. I've only used on e jar so I don't know what the long term effects are. However, I liked it enough to order another, even over my Lancome creams!

First time I have tried this. I've been looking for a very moisturizing moisturizer that will last. So far my face is feeling dryer after a few hours. It doesn't seem to last and I need to re-apply. So, I'm going to give it a few more days to see if I will keep it. I gave it 4 starts because I like the smell and the consistency but my skin is soaking it up. I like the price. It's affordable. Unlike my first choice product which will run me 60.00. But if I have to keep applying this stuff, it won't be affordable. Not sure if I can recommend this to people yet. But I gave it a yes for now.
