What it does: Each compact comes with a double-ended brush and is candy-wrapped in metallic packaging. Use each wet or dry. Reality is overrated. Turn on the bright lights.
How to use: For a bold look, apply over your eye area with a brush, using a pressing motion to build color. For a diffused look, apply over your eye area with a brush using a circular motion. For even more intensity, use over an eye base.
