What it is: A limited-edition, iconic, vivid blue-red lipstick hue, now in a soft-focus matte formula that moisturizes lips too.
What it does: Ruby New inherited everything about Ruby Woo including her color, energy and class, but added a new touch of sass. Delivering a blur of soft-focused color, this weightless moisture-matte lipstick was developed to replicate a backstage technique: blending out the edges of matte lipstick for a hazy effect. The groundbreaking formula contains moisture-coated powder pigments that condition and hydrate lips, for a zero-shine finish and cushiony, lightweight feel.
How to use: Apply directly to lips.

ALL BAD and NO
I went into the Rack yesterday and I was highly disappointed when I checked out their MAC lipsticks. Everyone that is a true MAC fan knows that the tubes on the real MAC lipsticks are metal and the dupe are plastic. The ones at the Rack are plastic and everyone's favorite response to that is it has to be real. Well I bought one and tried it on in my car and it was garbage. Don't believe me? Go buy one and try for yourself. This is merely my opinion.
