Pallette
I received my pro pallette for 4 eyeshadows with no instructions! I checked you tube and it is not user friendly! I need something ready to use. I almost broke the eyeshadow trying to get it out of the circular container! Not happy with this purchase.

We're here to help! Artists are standing by to assist, chat (Monday - Friday 10am 10pm ET) in the lower left corner. Our Eye Shadow (Pro Palette Refill Pan) inserts effortlessly in the palette. They have a magnet on the bottom of the pan that helps hold the shadow securely in place and are easily removable when you're ready to swap it out. The pans in our single Eye Shadow pots are not removable and de-potting is not recommended.

I love the palette option where I am able to put my favorite colors together and easily replace the ones that I use more of. The colors are long-lasting and still look fresh at the end of the day. If you aren't sure of your colors, go into anyplace that sells MAC and one of the sales associates will help determine the best color based on your skin tones, eye color and personal preferences.
