Goes on smoothly for cushion-soft wear without drying your skin. Use over makeup for highlights, touch-ups or under makeup to brighten and prime to add subtle luminosity. The lightweight, long-wearing and nondrying formula provides instant radiance.
How to use: Apply the highlighter directly with the brush-tip applicator to high planes of the face over bare moisturized skin or on top of concealer/foundation. Focus highlighter on high planes of the face. Blend well with fingertips.
