Just the Answer
I gravitate towards moisture and hydration sticks and wind up tossing them in a back drawer - they're too thick, pull at the skin or don't last - and - then there's MAC Essential Oil stick: rich, glides well, great case, ample product and fine ingredients. Waited, searched and anticipated for that product to discover and voila!

Great product, just not for my face
I fell in love with this because it instantly absorbed and left my hands and cuticles feeling so nourished in this cold weather. But when applied all over my face it felt suffocating and made me break out a little bit. I had trouble washing all of it off...perhaps the waxes?
Use on hands, cuticles, lips, and as a face "touch up" (pat a little bit on chapped cheeks, etc) just keep it away from all-over face use and it should be a great winter staple to keep in the purse!

The BEST oil!
This oil is the BEST! I have dry skin, hands, face, lips, etc. I use this oil on my elbows due to having psoriasis and it works really well; keeps the itch away. I'm going to order 3 more so I can keep one in my work bag, purse, and one to sit by my computer. Love it MAC! Thank you so much.

Hydrated
I have very dry skin. 44yo/menopause. My eye area gets dry during the day. I find I take this out & apply it with my finger on the high points of my cheekbones. I find if you apply it too close to your eye it will sting. Light fragrance & it goes away quick. I compare it to my Shea cocoa butter stick I used to use. Very luxurious & will last a really long time!

Not for everyone
I have combination skin. I like the idea behind this, however for my acne prone skin it was not ideal and did encourage breakouts, I also found it to have a heavy grease like texture which I did not like, I will stick to serums instead.

We do find this product is particularly good for dry areas however if you like a lighter texture then serums are great for this while adding the extra hydration.
