What it is: A lightweight, whipped mascara formula that adds dense volume, extends length and creates curl while conditioning for softness and flexibility.
What it does: Pump up the volume of mini mascara. Its molded brush stores the optimal amount of mascara in three reservoirs that allow for maximum impact of mascara with each stroke, while keeping the lashes from clumping together. The tip of the brush allows for precision in accentuating your lower lashes and the small hairs at the corners of your eye. The final result is extreme dimension that won't smudge, clump or flake.
How to use: Press the mascara brush into your lashes close to your roots and shimmy the brush through from root to tip. Repeat until the desired effect is achieved.

Superb MAC mascara
This is by far the best Mascara I have ever had, and I'm going to be 72 years old on Monday! It is more expensive, but well worth it. I don't get the waterproof, because with the MAC, it doesn't smear unless I cry, which isn't often. (haha). I also use the primer, let it dry completely, and it looks so good, I've been asked how I get my "artificial lashes" to look so natural!!

Big disappointment!
I purchased this mascara after receiving samples. The samples were great, but not the same can be said of the full size. Very clumpy. Don't understand why. I'll be returning to Clinique. I do like other MAC products I've purchased. This one not so much.

Not as good as the sample
Like many others, I bought this because I LOVED the sample and then was disappointed that the brush on the mini and full size versions isn't the same. The sample brush is on the bottom in my photo, and the full size brush is the top one. With shorter bristles, the product doesn't coat individual lashes nearly as well. I find if I use a light hand and then go over my lashes with a clean, dry mascara wand I get almost the same effect as I got with the sample. Frustrating to have to add the extra step, but at least the formula is the same and lasts without flaking or smudging throughout the day. MAC, fix your brush!!!
