What it does: It features a combination of powders which work together to create that optical blurring effect to virtually diminish imperfections, leaving skin with a more even tone. MAC Mineralize Moisture Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15 has a light-reflecting, natural satin finish that makes skin appear refined, revitalized and refreshed with a new purity, softly lit from within. SPF 15 adds the perfect finishing touch of sun protection. It's formulated with the 77-Mineral Complex, shea butter and vitamin E and provides instant and long-term hydration to skin, too.
Shade guide:
- C: Cool (golden, olive undertones)
- N: Neutral (beige undertones)
- NW: Neutral Warm (pink beige undertones)
- NC: Neutral Cool (golden beige undertones)
How to use: Apply to skin using a sponge or foundation brush. Blend with your fingers, a brush or a sponge.

Fresh and Natural
I have skin that is uneven and this foundation when used with my beauty blender is great. It leaves the skin smooth and moist. During the warmer months, you might want to brush skin finish on top to bring down the shine. I use mineralize blush in Dainty which can mattify your look as well. Great product-thanks mac.

New formula is awful! Not satin finish be warned!
The representative at the counter insisted this was new and improved. It was replacing the formerly named mineralized satin finish. It is absolutely awful. I've been using the same foundation from MAC for years. Why fix what isn't broken?? I'm sorely disappointed. The prior version of this foundation made you look flawless without the heaviness of foundation. And best of all.....I didn't have to add powder with this foundation. It went on sheer, was creamy in texture and left my skin silky and smooth. This one goes on as a dry streaky texture. If your new to this foundation, you won't be able to compare it to the original version so; my review may not be suited for the new customer. Bye bye MAC.....now I'm back to looking for a better foundation. I am so disappointed. Almost as much as when they discontinued their MV3 perfume.....for that matter, almost their entire fragrance line. I wish I could give it ZERO stars.

Not too impressed
MINIMAL coverage...leaves face very oily and shiny. Definitely one of the worse foundations I have tried.

Very good foundation
Goes on smoothly. You don't have to use much to get good coverage. Good for dry skin.

Winter glow
I have very dry skin and usually use thick and heavy creams under a tinted moistizer. This is the best foundation I've used yet! It's rich and hydrating yet doesn't show every line on my face.

M.A..C You are the greatest!
This is the best foundation that I have ever used. It evens out my skin tone and stays on all day. Plus I am allergic to must foundations but not this one and I can wear different shades ad mix them in between seasons. Thank-you M.A.C!!!!
