False Lashes Mascara features an ultra-thickening formula in combination with a unique double-lush brush that douses your lashes in a deluxe dose of pigment with each stroke. The result is incredibly magnified-and-multiplied lashes that are thick, long, curled and full-feathered. The flake-proof, smudge-proof formula gives lashes a 75% increase in volume while curling, separating and lengthening.
How to use: Press the brush into lashes close to the roots and shimmy the brush from the root to the tip. Repeat until your desired effect is achieved.

Great mascara
I don't expect much from a mascara. I've tried every brand under the sun, expensive and drugstore, and I've always been challenged with the product flaking off, sometimes even before I leave the house. This one does not - it more or less stays put for a while. So I give it 5 stars. It adds nice volume but the real reason I like it is lack of flake. It is a bit of a challegne to get off, but use a makeup remover designed for waterproof mascara and you should be good to go.

not so false lashes
I decided to splurge and buy myself what I thought would be better mascara.. But I have been seriously disappointed and sick to my stomach.. I normally buy Maybelline's mascara in the green and pink container.. That mascara does everything that the M-A-C claims it does for less then half the price. I am not happy with my decision to splurge and embarrassed to open my make-up bag in public, I don't want people to see that I way overspent for mascara that does not make my eyelashes look good!

Highly scented
I have been wearing mascara for many decades. This was the first time I had ever smelled a perfumed scent coming from a mascara tube upon pulling out the wand. In under an hour, my eyes were uncomfortable and itchy. I know I have sensitive eyes but I have still worn MAC's opulash - a different variety than this, with no problem whatsoever. The color was great though.

As good as false lashes!
I have been looking for a dramatic mascara for so many years. I've tried everything from Dior Blackout to Maybelline Colossal. I loved the thickness of the drugstore mascara, but it always clumped. The Dior mascara never clumped, but it just wasn't dramatic enough. MAC's False Lashes mascara is the perfect mascara for women who want that dramatic look without having to wear fake lashes.

"Go-To Mascara"
After I recieved a sample of the MAC False Lashes mascara, I had to buy it! I really like how well it goes on and doesn't clump. The False Black color is my go-to color! For a real dramatic look I like the Etreme Black color! I have tried so many different "mascaras" and I'm happy with the MAC False Lashes mascara!

Misleading name.
I got a small sample of this with an order. I'm not sure if it'd be different in a larger tube with more product but I found this to be a very 'light' mascara. The brush is great, very defining. This 100% did not give me a false lashes look, so I almost rated it worse just because that's just not the type of mascara this was for me at all. I've used Lancome and Givenchy mascaras that very much gave me a false lashes look. This does not do that, however it's still nice. Again, misleading name.

The best MAC Mascara
I love this mascara! It gives the effect of false lashes - the formula curls and defines my lashes and gives them lots of volume. The more you layer the product on your lashes, the bigger the effect. I also like that the mascara is a dark black. Looks great when you wear it with eyeliner!
