Long-wearing for up to eight hours, the noncaking and nonstreaking foundation can be layered underneath foundation for an alluring allover radiance or applied over foundation as a highlighter for intense pearlescent illumination.
How to use: For allover radiance, apply a thin layer to the entire face underneath foundation. For an intense glow, apply over foundation directly to the cheeks and high points of the face and lightly blend.
