What it is: An industry-strength oil-based makeup remover that's gentle on the skin.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: It's botanically formulated with oils of olive fruit, evening primrose and jojoba seed and absolutely 100% mineral-oil free. The oil massages onto the skin to loosen all makeup, including waterproof mascara, and emulsifies into a lotion-type liquid with water. It rinses off easily, no tissues required—and no residue left behind, either. Vitamin E protects and skin is left softened and conditioned.
How to use: Apply to a dry face and gently massage in using your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly.

Impressive.
This was my first experience with this product and with cleansing oil in general. I know this sounds drastic, but I switched to this from using Proactiv. Upon turning 29 recently, I decided to stop abusing my skin with Benzoyl Peroxide, even though it gets rid of acne; it was drying out my skin. I also heard it depletes collagen and thickens the skin. I do have some acne, mostly hormonal breakouts, but nothing requiring medical attention.
I read online about the merits of cleansing oil, and opted to try this one based on the good balance between price, availability, and positive reviews. I have been very impressed with how this product both removes makeup, cleanses, yet doesn't strip my skin of its moisture. Even better, it leaves absolutely no oily residue behind, as the description states.
I started using it when I had a couple of acne occurrences on my face, and it hasn't made them worse or caused any new pimples. Since it doesn't over-dry the skin, it is not as aggressive in making the pimples go away, but it doesn't irritate the acne or force the skin to over-produce oil because it's too dried out either.

don't use if you have sensitive skin
i used this product when i didn't have any other makeup removers. i put it on and immediately my skin started to feel hot. i rinsed it off and my face was red and burning. i'm left with an outline of where i used to product on my face in red. still burning and my skin feels hot to the touch 30 minutes later. wouldn't use if you have sensitive skin.

Very softening
Okay the first two times i tried this i used it on my mascara like it said you could. But it irritated my eyes and made them all red. Maybe thats just me, but i will not use it on my eyes anymore. As far as the rest of my face goes I really like it my skin feels soft, doesn't feel stripped like other cleaners make it feel. I will buy this again.

My holy grail facial cleanser
I have been using MAC's Cleanse Off Oil for years. It removes all of my makeup, even my waterproof mascara. It does not cause acne or dry my skin out. This is one MAC product I can't live without.

Great first step in double cleanse
This product works very well as the first step in my double cleanse. I do think some people don’t understand that the product is applied to dry skin, gently massaged to break up makeup, and then activated with water to rinse off. If it’s bothering your eyes you are probably rubbing too hard. My skin feels much softer overall since I started using this product. It’s also much less wasteful than using wipes. I love the pump bottle and save them to use for other products.

Love
I use this to remove makeup before cleansing my face with a foam cleanser. With one pump im able to remove all of my makeup including waterproof mascara! It is a must have for me.

Excellent
I have extremely sensitive skin and cannot tolerate many oils; but, this one is wonderful. In addition, it's extremely effective, removing every last trace of makeup. Feels like it really gets into the pores to clean out the skin. Like a spa treatment and my skin is left very soft.
