extremely disappointing experience
Nordstrom sent me this item through a third-party who sent me the wrong item and the wrong size and it arrived late and even after immediately returning it, I still do not have a refund and not even acknowledgment that it has been received only the acknowledgment from the shipper that it was sent back and received… If I had known that, Nordstrom would be sending this to me from a third-party, I would’ve ordered it directly from the third-party and not through Nordstrom
