Lyric Slingback Platform Sandal (Women)

I ended up having to return mine because of a defect with the heel on one shoe. I'm re-ordering though because I love them. I got the saddle color and it's a perfect retro 70s look without being too literal. I think these would look great with jeans, skirts and sundresses. I felt they were very TTS in length, but slightly wide. I have very true medium width feet, for reference. I didn't slide around in them, but I did have to tighten the buckle to feel extra secure in them while walking.

Overall these shoes are very comfortable, the suede is soft and luxurious, a nice thick sturdy feel. Leather foot bed is a must for me, and these are soft without any stitching or rough spots. Shoes look a little wide on the foot but apparently that is becoming a good thing as I get older! The heel height with platform feels very comfortable and easy to walk in. My only complaint is something that is mostly inevitable in shoes that don't bend, it exerts some pressure on the top of my foot and even gave me a small blister after a day at work walking around a college campus. So I may limit wearing them to less walking intense days but overall I'm pleased with the purchase and glad they were in stock at my local store! I'm a big fan of black suede in summer a nice juxtaposition against bare skin and light summer dresses!
