Major malfunction at my son’s wedding
I bought this dress because I loved the color, how simple and elegant it looked, and it fit lovely in the dressing room. However, when I went to zip it up just before my son’s wedding the zipper split. I didn’t have a backup outfit and ended up having to use 30 or so safety pins to pin it on. I did my best to not let it ruin my son’s special day but this experience was so upsetting. I don’t plan on buying anything from Nordstrom’s again after this experience. This dress wasn’t extremely expensive, however it wasn’t cheap either, and I expected a much higher quality item at this price.
