I did not finish the box
My dentist’s office said that they didn’t recommend as the dissolving part was the issue, mixing with each mouth’s own “…(?)…” was not a good idea for the teeth or body’s own biology…idk

Dors the Job
Very effective. I tried doing 3 days and taking a couple days off. That doesn’t work. You must continue to use them 2X per day to see results. However, if you do this you will see the results you want.
