Yes, ALO, yes!
Initially I had no interest in ALO skincare. What do they know outside of yoga clothing? Well, I was wrong. I'm an esthetician, after reading the ingredients I decided to give it a go. I'm glad I did, it has a luxury feel but light weight on your skin. Very hydrating without being heavy or too oily. I love that it's clean too. I'm so impressed, I'm ready to try the whole line.

Not for me
I wanted to love the entire Alo Beauty line after finding success with the other products. However I have very sensitive skin and although this may have just been me, but it severally flared up what doctors tell me is “contact dermatitis” on my face! After slowly trying this product starting with cleanser then serum and later incorporating this moisturizer I’m in pain and my skin basically burned and the top layer of my skin is now like a large scab that can’t be exfoliated away until my PH goes back to normal. It was unfortunate this happened to me.

great moisturizer
I have never tried this brand before. I purchased this on sale based on the great reviews. I’m so glad I did as it is really a very good product. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced something as fragrance-free as this. I really don’t detect an odor from it. It goes on easily and my skin does not react poorly to it. I used to have oily skin but as I’m aging I’ve come to realize my skin is now dry and needs more moisture than in the past. My skin looks better with this moisturizer.
The one negative thing is the packaging. As it comes in this glass jar, I wish it came with a little spatula or something. I don’t go through products very fast so I wish it was packaged in a way to deter bacteria growth.
For reference, I am 51 and have sensitive, acne-prone skin with rosacea.

My all time favorite moisturizer is Chantecaille’s Flower Harmonizing Cream, and this is a close second, but is $70 cheaper than Chantecaille. It’s clean, great ingredients, soaks in nicely. As skincare today is so expensive, this is a great value at its price point. Give it a try!

Best cream I've ever used! Super happy with it! Recommend for sure. My skin is very dry from Tretinion and I use the Alo Moisturizer with it or after and I'm very happy with the results.
