Strobe Light Sweetheart Sequin Minidress

First off, I love the way the dress was nicely packed, on a hanger. I’m a size 8, curvy shape and the dress looked very narrow upon first glance. I was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. I do think the style accentuates the tummy a bit, but the sparkle is what makes the dress dazzling no matter what!

This dress is form fitting and has a nice amount of stretch, so it feels comfortable. The medium fit great, normally a 6/8 in dresses. Loved how the sequins have an iridescent quality and the color fluctuates as you move…gives it a fun mermaid like quality. Choose 4 stars because it does not seem like the highest quality and not sure how it would hold up over time.

Comfortable, stretchy, shiny! Plus it is longer than some of the dresses out there, which can be a benefit. This dress was purchased as an option for Homecoming, but it will be returned since teen found another that was better suited to her shape and height. Teen is 5'2" and this dress hit just above the knees. Teen is curvy, so there was a little gaping at the lower part of the back opening, but this could be fixed with an extra lacing loop on each side. The lace up back is nice, but very open, not much styling to the lacing. Sequins were good quality and fun - just like the picture. Purchased Large for teen who has an athletic build and broad shoulders (swims and runs), with an average chest.
