Romantic Possibilities Swiss Dot Maxi Dress

I did four stars because it was a beautiful dress. I liked the flow and feel. I would need to get it significantly altered. I'm never smaller than small so I was surprised. Super long. Chest area is large and hung on me like a bag with the back material just slouching out. Still, would he a sweet dress otherwise.

I am 5'3", 29" waist, usually a size medium. Unfortunately both the small and medium did not fit quite right. The small waist was just a bit too snug where sitting and eating would be uncomfortable. I have a 34c chest and longer torso, for both the small and medium the shoulder straps were too long even if tied all the way where the bust would sag. The medium waist was more comfortable, but it was way too long and the hem would drag even with heels. I think you need to have a very specific body proportion for this to work.
