Okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very big and bulky around ankle, not very comfortable at all for a low-heeled boot, midfoot lacks structure (like other Lucky boots and shoes lately, I've noticed), heel is unusually tight, tread way too deep (everything sticks to and get easilt stuck in soles), very poor quality plasticky thin "leather" with indentations. Overall would not recommend. I got mine on deeply discounted sale price and still wouldn't buy them again for that price. Lucky has taken a huge nosedive in quality despite keeping costs high.

Solid choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wear it often, and it was great for the light snow days we got. (I would waterproof it first) It's comfortable but the reviews are right it runs a bit small so if you're between sizes opt slightly bigger. Also, it's a bit heavy, though that is to be anticipated with the style of boot and material composition.
